Heat the oil (3 tbsp) in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the M&S Spanish diced chorizo (130 g) and fry for a few minutes, then add the onion (1), red pepper (1) and garlic (1 clove), cooking until sweet and translucent.

Stir in the M&S Roasted Red Pepper Paste (1 jar) and add the paella rice (400 g). Pour in the wine (100 ml) and completely reduce before pouring in the chicken stock (1 L). Reduce the heat to a simmer and leave to cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes.

Once the rice is cooked, add the prawns (1 pack) and heat through for another 5 minutes. Finish by scattering over some parsley (to taste).

Serve with wedges of lemon (as needed) for squeezing, dollops of M&S Roasted Garlic Mayo (to taste) and chargrilled sourdough bread (to taste).
