Over a medium-high heat, add the M&S extra virgin olive oil (1 tbsp) to a non-stick frying pan.

Fry the garlic (2 cloves) for 30 seconds, then add the king prawns (165 g), season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the 'nduja paste (60 g) and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes until the prawns are cooked and pink.

Stir in the chopped parsley (1 bunch) and the lemon juice (1/2).

Remove from the heat and serve with crusty bread (to taste).
