2ft Light Up Nordic Wonder Jewel Tree

This is a pretty little tree which sits perfectly on the windowsill. Luckily I read previous reviews as I had bought a few for presents ,So I opened packaging to check them. The box is too small and two of the trees were damaged. Trees look slightly disappointing when you take them out but once the branches are stretched out and the lights are on it looks very nice.

Absolutely beautiful. Have got 2 of the trees & they look lovely. Very festive.

The tree's power pack wasn't attached, it was hanging out of the bottom of the base.. Stars were broken and falling off. The base was marked and badly finished. All in all this a really shoddy product. I expect so much more from M&S. Item has been returned for a refund.

The quality of this is terrible you would think a child made it i just wish i had read reviews before i bought there are stars missing and base all marked doesnt look like m&s at all hopefully i will learn from my mistakes.

Very poor quality looked like tin foil was wrapped around middle and lights fell off. Not the standard I would expect for marks and Spencer’s goods

I first saw this in store. There were 3 on display. One was a bit wonky so took other two to till. On checking they worked discoverers one had no battery compartment so purchased the other and decided to order online. 2 trees ordered. On arrival one had an unlit section which when moved flickers on and off. Clearly a broken wire. The other has the battery section falling out of the base so will need glued back in In all a good idea but very poor quality. Expensive tat Very disappointed but may have to keep one as my granddaughter loves it

well firstly I love the tree full of stars but like some of the other reviews agree the tree arrived in a box too small for it and does have the top bent over and whilst bending the branches back out the inner metal came through the foil wrap.. easily fixed with kitchen foil but should you need to do that with a new item... it is a pretty addition but not quite the usual m&s quality.

bought the other tree in gold, this silver tree caught my eye to go with my silver objects, love the stars as lights highly recommended. fits onto a window sill

I bought 3 of these but unfortunately on each one 2 or 3 of the stars had fallen off.

A couple things you should know about this item - firstly, it's packed into a box six inches too short (though that box came inside a box that was 4ft high so go figure...) which means it's completely bent over at the top and needs a lot of work to sort out. Secondly, the battery compartment has a teeny weeny fiddly pointless screw which is a faff. Up close it looks like a crafty marathon runner was trying to upcycle their manky old foil blanket but maybe when the house is decked out with lots of other sparkly things and the lights are dimmed, it might not look quite so naff.
