I purchased the towels because I have guests coming to stay. I’ve bought lots of Marks & Spencer towels in the past. Lovely quality. But these latest towels are a lot thinner than the old ones, quality no where near as good. Packaging was very poor!

Soft and a good price
Purchased to replace existing as the charcoal colour was getting a bit drab……these ones from M&S are detailing lasting colour so purchased them, not washed yet but very soft and a very good price. If they hold their colour and dry quickly it’s a no brainier!

Got these towels washed them before use was impressed with the softness till we started using them the stitching started to come away the pile started unravelling we bought 8 bath sheets of different colours 4 hand towels of different colours and 4 packs of face cloths of different colours so you can imagine they were not cheap so now i find myself having to return them don't usually find markies items be?ow standard but these certainly are

These towels are cotton, very soft and absorbent, also they come in a good range of colours. I bought the bright blue which is a really sunny colour. Very good value especially with 20% off. If they last half as long as my other M&S towels I will be very pleased.

Soft but some fraying already

We bought hand (x8) and bath sheets (x8) in white and sage recently. After just one use and one wash some are already fraying in the middle of the towel with some threads over 5cm long. This not the quality we expected from M&S. Very disappointed.

Wanted to replace all the bathroom towels and already have these in a different colour. The bath sheets were fine but unfortunately after one wash one of the hand towels edging came unstitched. Took it back but was sold out in the colour we had. Otherwise the towels are lovely and soft.
