Set of 2 Brady Chairs

I love the chairs but the instructions for assembly should have mentioned that the leg fittings were not symmetrical and it would have saved a lot of time .

Had 4 of these chairs for about 18 months. After 6 months one of them collapsed when an average size person sat on one. This was eventually replaced by M&S, but since then we have had to regularly tighten them up and the legs bend very easily. I don’t think The are safe for daily adult use. After 18 months we are going to scrap them.

I bought 4 chairs and for the price, they were ok. When my husband sat on one, the legs literally bent out underneath the chair (my husband is an average weight for a 6ft tall man). Same happened when his Son sat on one. The chairs look good but we were constantly trying to tighten the legs. Okay for occasional use or short-term. Wouldn't recommend as a main dining chair.

I ordered 6x chairs (3 sets of 2) and once they were assembled one immediately broke upon being sat on - I am very disappointed. My colleague has hurt his back, but we were lucky a service user did not use the chair and have an accident. I expect better of M&S products! I never had any issues as a long standing customer. The products also arrived at different times - I could understand if I was ordering different things from different departments etc. but what a waste to have items coming from different places and multiple delivery times... <sigh> I look forwards to this being rectified and wonder if this review will appear online for other customers to see.

These chairs arrived promptly and fit in very well with my new table. They are typist and comfortable. Very pleased with them and think they are good value.

Happy with chairs but will need to get some cushions for legs as they are marking the floor. They look really good.
