Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Expected more from this order. I even checked the website which suggested the stems opened up after a few days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt even though they were all looking quite ropey on arrival. Unfortunately none of them opened up. It was a nice idea but I’m afraid the only good part was the pine cones.

This was a gift. I received a thank you and was told they look beautiful. Apart from this, I cannot comment on the bouquet. The delivery was made on Christmas eve, which I am truly grateful for. I was kept up to date on the delivery. Ordering was OK. The issue I had, for me, is that it wasn't obvious as to where to write the message. It wasn't until I'd paid, that I realised I'd missed it. However I was able to edit the order where I could clearly see the message box and write a message. All good otherwise and grateful for the service.
