Could have been wonderful.
I loved this coat. Fitted well and looked really expensive. However, there was an odd lumpiness at the back, just at the vent. It was random, seemed to move position/ shape every time I tried the coat on. I ordered another coat, but had the same problem. Not for me

Beautiful pure wool camel coat. Excellent quality and true to size. Ordered online and arrived in a box ( well done M & S) with minimal creasing. Sadly I had to return the coat as the sleeves were very long. The only thing I didn't like was the colour - it is darker than the online photo

Lining stiching was not straight vertical and around the hem.Hem of coat looked as though it had rubbed against something I didn't notice until too late or would have returned it

Size 12 is a nice warm coat.
Size 14 too big I am size 12/14 it was badly creased and lining shoddy. When I finally received size 12 much better packing and quality.

100% wool, great quality fabric and workmanship. Wears well - I have the same coat in dark navy, and been wearing it for two years, still looks as good as new. Saw it this season in beige and did not hesitate to buy again. Size 10 - fits true to size however quite generously to allow for a warm jumper underneath. The colour ‘beige’ is closer to ‘camel’ with quite a bit of depth and warmth in it.

I love the coat & the quality is excellent but I was rather disappointed with how creased it was when I collected it. I hung it up but the creases didn’t fall out & im hoping that they’ll eventually fall out when I start to wear it.
