No, I don't recommend this
Disgracefully packed. Sent as a Christmas gift for 34 December and arrived upside down with all plants loose and out of the basket. Recipient immediately phoned on 23 December and complained and was told that I’d receive a refund. I’ve heard nothing.

Don't buy. The quality of this gift was far from being up to anyone's standard. Unfortunately, I will no longer be purchasing planters from M&S for this reason.

The delivery was excellent, sadly can’t say the same for the planter. There were only 4 plants in the container all of which were battered and looked unhealthy. Instead of the container looking full as in the picture it was half empty. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas present for a family member. 😞

DIY planter

Disappointed, have purchased similar before but this time not up to normal M&S standard. Plants were all loose on top of the small amount of compost in planter, required more compost, am hoping with tlc will now recover, just not quite the impact Christmas gift I had hoped for. Relative had been embarrassed to tell me.
