Keith J L Fantastic and realistic orchid I often bought the real orchids from M&S for the hall table but I wasn’t good at remembering to water it so I thought this was an ideal solution. It looks so well. I’m delighted.

K45678 Unbelievably bad customer service I’m sure the orchid itself might be lovely if I’d ever seen one that wasn’t smashed to pieces. We’ve had two delivered, and one that didn’t even make it that far, all smashed. It’s been a nightmare trying to contact M&S to actually get any support in the matter. I’ve finally had a refund, but it’s cost me much more in the amount of time (and an unhappy mum with no present for weeks on end) than what I’ve received.

Jasmine2000 Orchid lovely - but don't send as gift!!! Pot was smashed and arrived at recipient with price on even though were clearly told was a gift!! Embarrassing and disappointing. Were unable to add a gift message either. Replacement arrived in battered box, also with price on and someone else's receipt in box!

Bean64 Nice looking orchid I bought that late Thurs evening, from my nearest be store. They next day i checked it over in the daylight, I noticed the pot had red marks on it, and other markings. Very disappointed with my purchase, I feel you should of inspected this item , before it went on display.
