Description

Our wood-fired Collection Italian Prosciutto and Three Cheese Pizza is crafted with hand-stretched dough made from specialty-grade flours, for a beautifully charred crust. It's topped with our rich, slow-cooked Italian tomato sauce and a luxurious blend of tangy Italian provolone, Italian pecorino and mozzarella cheeses. Once cooked, add the slices of our expertly sourced aged Prosciutto, just like the Italians do.

Our pizzas are made with a blend of the best Italian 00 flour and strong white pizza flour. The dough is slow-fermented for 30 hours for a complex flavour, and wood fired in our Italian oven.

Storage information

Suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
