Floral Split Front Straight Midi Skirt

Bought this skirt to wear with matching blouse, can’t wait for warm weather to go out in it. Lovely colours and style went up a size to accommodate Slits at front. Very stylish . Would normally take a size 12 when part elasticated. Very pleased with purchases.

I thought this was a lovely skirt and ordered on line. When it arrived it was far too big. I am normally a size 10 in trousers and that is what I ordered. I phoned customer services and they sent me a size 8. Apart from being perhaps a tiny bit smaller at the waist, the rest of it was exactly the same size as the 10 and "drowned" me. Also, unfortunately it does not come in shorter lengths. I had tried a size 8 in the similar (but pencil) skirt, which fitted like a dream but sadly the (mauvey) colour is the only colour I can not wear. Please M&S can you make the pencil skirt in a floral pattern with option of shorter length? I had to return both the 8 and 10 floral skirts.

Lovely colour. Does not crease when worn. It would have been helpful if it had loops to hang it up by.

This skirt is very pretty. Although I am short, and would normally find things too long, I am getting used to the new midi length and with the right shoes/boots etc. it looks very smart.

Not my usual style of skirt but it fits, looks good in a casual way and should get lots of wear with a T-shirt in summer.

This skirt is a pretty, and unlined ideal for holidays. I like the two slits at the front and the two seams which all add to making it stylish. Look forward to wearing it.

Ordered it yesterday and received it today, can't believe how fast it came. Absolutely love it. What's not to love about this skirt? Gorgeous colors plus I managed to get my hands on one that's exactly my size. I am not one to buy clothes that don't contain cotton at least 30% over however some of the clothes recently brought out by M&S are just fantastic - love them. Hardly wait to wear the skirt this evening...

The online photo does not do this skirt justice , it is much more fluid and trendy in “the flesh “ I saw it in store and really liked it . The material is good quality and the pattern and colours are lovely , there are two splits at the front which at 5’2” I didn’t find too high or revealing . Really nice spring /summer skirt will look good with a jumper or T-shirt I actually went a size down because of the half elasticated waist ,but I have small hips and larger on the waist so overall would probably be true to size

A lovely material, pattern and fit. Annoyingly, M&S doesn’t give lengths for midi skirts if they come in ‘long’ and ‘regular’. The long was to my ankles and the regular is about 27”. The flipping flaps! Far too high for me, though I’m sure they’d look great on others. But I sewed them up most of the way - a very easy job, just following the already-stitched line. It doesn’t make the hem too narrow - it is a well-made skirt.

Glorious effect, worn with the matching blouse. A marvelous addition to any wardrobe - a must have!

I saw this online but didn't really take much notice of it. But when I saw it in store, I thought, oooooh!!! And when I tried it on, it was love at first sight. I really, really, didn't need my 250th skirt (an exaggeration, I know, but I do appear to have a lot!), but this is must-have. Lovely vibrant colours in this...I never really considered myself a green person, but it's growing on me! The cut of this skirt is just perfect. Straight and sleek and the perma-comfortable half-elasticated waist. Two slits at the front transform this into a trendy, flirty even, garment. Totally love it.

Lovely vibrant without being garish colours and print. Obviously has the green Colour that seems to be in fashion for spring ‘20. Nice wearable length but I was disappointed that it had 2 vent splits in it at the front so can see legs and knees when sitting down so for that I’m returning it because that’s what I like about wearing a longer skirt is that they’re hidden. Fabric bit disappointing but fine for spring/summer
