Embroidered Denim Skirt
Yes, I recommend this
This is a good quality skirt and quite a heavy material. The embroidered pockets give a nice design but will only be seen if tops are tucked in or very short in length. I found this skirt to be quite long, well below my knee as I am 5'3" and being a thick material I felt uncomfortable with the weight of it so sadly I will return it.

Usually lots of choice of denim skirts but could find only one with buttons down the front or this one. Sure it said knee length but it is far too long for me and only comes in one length. The quality and price are vey good. It has been returned.

Wanted a denim skirt for casual wear and this fits the bill. Denim fabric quite thick but soft and feels very comfortable and nice fit. Didn't really want midi length so have taken it up a couple of inches but I did like the two little splits each side at the hem before I shortened it. Really nice skirt.

I just love the look of this skirt. I say "look", as it is too long for me as it now is and needs shortening to knee length. Since I purchased the skirt in London, I had to get back here before I could make an appointment with my dressmaker to have the work done. I am sure I shall love it as much as a previous M & S denim skirt I had with a flounce at the hem, which has, alas, now become worn & splitting a bit at the seams . Not having worn it yet or washed it, I cannot comment on how it will fare in that respect. I tried both the size 8 and the 10 and settled for the 8, as the 10 was much too big in the waist and is not easy to take in.This skirt has some lovely flower embroidery at the waist and I love the fact that it is what the French would call "ton sur ton" ie the same colour as the skirt and not too garish. it is on trend but understated and I have chosen a thin blue Michael Kors leather belt with delicate rhinestone trim to wear with it. I can't wait to do so! Thank you M & S!

Lovely soft denim and good price. Looked lovely but much shorter than it looked in picture. I am 5.2 and with it saying midi thought it would come below knee, unfortunately this did not. Returned. Store ordered this online for me.

A lovely casual skirt that I know I will wear a lot. I found that it was true to size and a nice length, but agree with others that it would have been nice if the denim had had an element of stretch. The embroidery on the pockets is a particularly nice detail.

I like Denim skirts and this one looked good.The style is standard and it fits below the knees.However,the material is so stiff and the waist has no give in it.I felt very restricted and was glad I could return.

Nice denim skirt but the sizing is poss - probably need a size larger than usual. The waist is very big compared to the hips. Nice skirt if you're the right shape for it. I'm usually a size 10 but even a 12 was tight on the hips but more than ample on the waist. It will be returned.

I noticed that this skirt was 100% cotton meaning that there was no added stretch,unlike the M&S denim skirt that I already have.That small amount of stretch makes a lot of difference,I can do up my present skirt easily,but as this one is all cotton I couldn't do it up:( It's such a shame as I love the colour of the denim and the decorative embroidery.It's a bit long too,don't make denim skirts too long,they don't look right!Take on board my suggestions and I'll be first in the queue for one! Sorry guys,it's a return.
