I bought this half price for 6 year old boy’s birthday. I put batteries in it 5 AAs in total and tried it out before giving this present away and was very impressed, so much that I bought another for my grandson who played with it all day inside and outside. Since then I have bought a 3rd one still at half price for a 4 year old boy having his birthday very soon. It recommends age 6 on the box, but it is perfectly safe for a 4 year old. Don’t think I would buy it at £30, but excellent value and fun half price.
