I sent this bouquet to a friend and a relative and both were delighted with the quality and beauty of the flowers. I was sent a photo and was very impressed that the arrangement was identical to the display as advertised on line, it is very attractive - I am really really pleased:):)

Disappointed - bouquet not as pictured

Bouquet chosen and sent for my daughter's birthday especially because it included blue agapanthus. This flower has a special association for us because it reminds us of wonderful Cornish holidays. I included such in my birthday message. The agapanthus were replaced with purple lisianthus. The bouquet was nice and fresh but the aganpanthus would have bulked this medium-sized bouquet up more than the slim lisianthus. So nice bouquet but disappointed not as advertised or pictured.

The recipient said that the flowers arrived dried out and some of the flowers were dead. This is especially not good as she is very sick and I wanted her to feel better when she saw them. I had ordered flowers from M&S in the past and they were always well received.

A disappointment
No, I don't recommend this
Having received these flowers as a delivered gift I am truly disappointed and disgusted! Wilted brown roses within 4 days, buds that never opened and just fell off. What has happened to M&S flowers. Having contacted then via their email customer service they have failed to respond which purely adds to the disappointment in what was once a trusted company

I didn't see the bouquet that was delivered but the recipient was very please with it. However, they did say that there were no Agapanthus in it. I was disappointed by this as I had chosen the bouquet because I like those flowers.

I ordered these for my grans 102nd birthday. I have not seen them in person but a relative sent a photo and they looked lovely and fresh. My Gran was delighted. My only grumble was they were not delivered until7.30pm.

Modern elegant bouquet

The impact was as desired and the bouquet looked great. The blue and white looks lovely together. The Agapanthus however completely wilted within 4 days and my mum was left with a white bunch of flowers. I don't how long Agapanthus would usually last, perhaps they were in transit too long in hot weather. Apart from that it was a great service and a lovely bunch of flowers.

This would have been a lovely bouquet if all the roses hadn't been brown round the edge of every petal. Can't understand why they were sent in this condition . Luckily I saw them for myself. How many recipients would tell the sender the flowers were not fresh. I'm sure most people would be too embarrassed to say. This bouquet was well past the bud stage. M&S are going to refund the money to me but that is not really the point. They should not have been sent in that state
