Red Diamond strawberries
These are not just strawberries. These are M&S Red Diamond strawberries, grown by trusted M&S Select Farmers like family grower Stephen Tasker. Like all our Red Diamond Strawberry growers, they farm in harmony with nature, and at least 5% of the land is dedicated to wildlife. Wildflower meadows provide food for honeybees and wild bumblebees. The farm runs on energy from an on-site wind turbine, solar power and biomass boiler.

Collection Single Apiary Honey
We source this very special honey from David Wainwright, experienced beekeeper who’s been producing honey for M&S for over 10 years. David has placed beehives in carefully chosen locations on our M&S Select Farms to produce our Collection British Single Apiary Honey. Because the farms are so diverse, the bees forage on flowers from bluebells to apple and pear orchards, creating honey with a wonderful array of flavours.

Honey and za’atar baked feta
Put this fragrant honey to delicious use in Tom Kerridge’s honey and za’tar baked feta served with fluffy flatbreads, as seen in at our Pub in the Park cookery demo. The sweet, aromatic flavour of the honey contrasts beautifully with salty, sharp feta and herby za’tar.
