Crispy gnocchi puttanesca with burrata

Recipe

5.0

1 rating
This gnocchi puttanesca recipe is quick to make but still packs in loads of flavour thanks to anchovies, capers and olives – ideal for midweek. Crisping up your gnocchi in a frying pan gives it a gorgeously golden texture – once you’ve tried this technique, you won’t look back! We’ve served it with a creamy burrata for added oozy, creamy deliciousness.
