Unfortunately, this was a replacement as the one sent me by a friend for my birthday wilted badly after two days. I took it back to my local store and they told me to phone from where it had been sent. There was no problem the customer services lady I dealt with was most apologetic and another was sent complete with chocs and vase. This bouquet does include an orange daisy like flower that always droops, so maybe should consider removing it. The roses and other flowers in the replacement are still looking good unlike the first one.

I sent this bouquet to my daughter in London I rang the the next day and ask if they were lovely and unfortunately she said by the second day the flowers had wilted badly . Very disappointing I don't expect this from M&S I have sent flowers before and this is the first time that they have been a great disappointment
