Dode1987 Good quality and elegant looking Because some of the reviews mentioned 'damage on arrival' I ordered two lamps even though I only wanted one. Time was critical so if one was faulty I had a chance of the other one being OK. I have to say the one I opened first was perfect and so I didnt need to open the second one. I am please with the quality, the glass is thick and sturdy yet the lamp looks quite elegant when hung. I am very pleased with it.

Pam Z Extremely poor quality glass shades. I am shocked at the poor quality of the glass shades, not something you expect from a product M & S sell. Ordered eight of these in total and there was something wrong with every single one. Two arrived broken and the remainder wouldn’t hang straight due to the shades not being manufactured correctly, not moulded evenly. Such a shame as it is a lovely design. Other reviews also mention this so it is definitely a manufacturing fault.

LAFC Faulty The glass pendant is weighted incorrectly so it hangs at an angle making the light look ridiculous. Have requested a replacement as it’s clearly faulty and I can see from other reviews I’m not the only one with this issue.

MaznRaz Got a wonky lamp...hope it's a defect Bought this and put it up and it's wonky!! Not sure if it's just this lamp, really hope so as we are returning and ordering another. Looks lovely if not totally wonky...it's not amazing quality but for this price, not surprised. I currently wouldn't recommend the wonky lamp but I may change my mind
