Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Flowers arrived on time but a little worse for wear. The roses did not open fully and appeared a bit squashed. However they did last a long time and I am still using the green foliage with different roses. They were quite expensive for the quality.

Needed a last minute Christmas Thank You gift. Options for delivery of flowers before Christmas Day were limited (because I had left it so late), so I ordered what was available rather than what I necessarily preferred. No need to have worried - delivery was exactly as promised. I was informed by the recipient that they were extremely well packaged and looked delightful. 10 days later I was told that they still looked as fresh as the day they were delivered. That is pretty good going - well done, M&S Flowers
