Vibrant Summer

My friend was so pleased with the flowers. Fresh, nicely arranged. They arrived the day requested. I booked with a customer representative who was very helpful, and polite. A good experience and will do it again. Thank you

These were delivered to a friend and I was told that they were beautiful and are still fresh 6 days later.

I purchased these flowers as a thank you gift for friends who were delighted with the appearance when they received them. I saw them too and they were beautiful. it was a huge shame then that within a week most of the flowers needed to be removed from the arrangement as they were dying off, I realise they were not in bud but I would expect flowers from M and S to last a little longer, like my previous orders..7

Such a shame to pay this price for this poor quality. Flowers were dead. Very disappointing.

Not the quality I expect!! Such a shame as best were a gift for my poorly mum, 4 broken or dead roses, bouquet hasn't lasted 6 days. Very disappointing.

I sent this bouquet to a friend following a serious accident within 24 hours the roses and gerba were dead. Very disappointing usually I can rely on Marks & Spencer flowers.

I received this bouquet as a gift and on arrival the flowers were crushed and half dead, The roses were wilting and brown around the edges. There was only 1 daisy in the bouquet and it was mainly made up of greenery and the cheaper flowers. I reported this to M&S and I have to say that the lady who dealt with me on the phone was great. A replacement was sent out and was really lovely when it arrived but I am disappointed that the flowers have only lasted 4 days.

Lovely flowers - shame they only lasted for 2 days, and that is in the hands of someone who knows about flowers! VERY Disappointing and certainly not worth the money :-(

Excellent delivery service unbeatable, however the same cant be said about the flowers. The bunch was lovely and full the first day, second morning the gerbers that added the splash of vibrant colour and made the bouquet had wilted over, all in water all instructions followed. Would certainly think twice about getting flowers from m and s again.

I chose the vibrant summer bouquet because I could order champagne with it for my sister-in-laws 50th. Birthday. She was thrilled. The flowers are gorgeous and the added champagne makes it very special. Highly recommended. The price was exceptional value and I was kept informed at every step of the delivery process.

Flowers were a birthday gift and looked OK on arrival. Within 2 days they were looking decidedly limp except for a few blooms. In less than a week from arrival I had to throw them away. Very disappointed and wished I had bought from the supermarket instead.

Bought as a gift so cannot give a fair view as I didn't see them but they were very happily received.

In addition to other services, I always use M&S for flowers. I live in Canada and regularly send flower bouquets to family back in the UK. My Mum sends me pictures of her flowers and often tells me how delighted she is. The delivery service is free, always reliable and I can't fault the value for money. I hope M&S continue to maintain this excellent service! :)
