M and S underwear fan 16-03-2023 11:40 Good control. Very good control for tummy. I tried the light control but they didn’t provide enough support for the hernia I developed after an operation. They are not too tight around waist so they are comfortable and don’t create a roll of flesh above. The legs are fairly loose but I didn’t select them for thigh control, just that I find the ones without legs ride up and are uncomfortable.
