Summer Bouquet of the Season Large

A beautiful bouquet, with lovely pink and mauve colours and a delicate scent.Have lasted incredibly well. Mother-in-law was thrilled.

This was bought as a gift so I cannot comment on how it looked or how long the flowers lasted. However they looked very pretty and the recipient was thrilled.

My sister sent this bouquet as a thank you, and she would be shattered to know that the quality was abysmal. The flowers no longer are sent in a little bag of water and so looked half dead when they were delivered. They perked up a bit once they were in water but days later started to droop, and didn't even last a week. I phoned up to complain, and a lovely girl called Rita, said she was so sorry about them, and said they would be replaced. To be honest I am dreading them coming as judging by the previous reviews I am not alone in being disappointed, and I am hoping that this next bouquet will last a bit longer. Wake up Marks and Spencer as you will be losing customers galore with this abysmal service. Go back to sending the flowers in their little bag of water!!

This bouquet of flowers would have been beautiful if they had been alive. The bouquet was not in a little bag of water as usual, the flowers were completely dead. Please look after the flowers, ensure they have had sufficient water before being delivered.

I ordered these flowers for my mum for her 80th birthday . They Were delivered on the Saturday lunchtime and were dead by the Tuesday. Not what I expect from you and I will not order flowers again despite having done so many times before.

I was given this bouquet as a present last Saturday. By Wednesday the roses and deep pink stocks were dying. I separated the roses from the stocks and tried to revive them. The roses are now very dead. The remaining white and purple stocks are still OK, but the water needs changing daily. I think the stocks have poisoned the roses, and I will be asking the sending to contact you with a complaint. M&S flowers usually last better than this.

Sadly the roses in the bouquet went brown and died within 3 days of the flowers being delivered. It may have been due to them being incompatible with the other flowers, or that they were just old. I was grateful for the refund of the money but obviously that just isn't the point; though I commend customer services for their swift and efficient action.

I sent this bouquet to 3 friends recently for different reasons - saying thank you and get well soon. They all loved the flowers and it couldn't#'t have been easier.to arrange.

Beautiful bouquet for my mother-in-laws birthday!

I received the bouquet from my husband for our anniversary last Saturday. They were packaged very well and looked beautiful and smelled so nice. Within two days the pink roses drooped and every day I was removing more until only a few white ones were upright. Today, less than a week they are ready to be binned. I expect flowers to last longer than this, I had bought myself a bunch of M& S roses two days before the bouquet arrived and they lasted longer. Taking the warm weather into account, even though my sitting room is cool, I would not buy these again and will complain to the srore that sent them

The recipient even sent a photo with her thankyou, so I know these were lovely. Great value as the price included delivery on a Saturday
