Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong their life, re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place them in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Top up water in the vase regularly

Poor value. Flowers died in a couple of days

A long time M&S flower customer. Worse purchase I’ve made. The vase looks good and will. E reused many times but the flowers quickly died in a couple of days.

No, I don't recommend this
Delivery was poor, left at wrong house outside a neighbours back door. Flowers on the whole good apart from clematis that struggled to last. Stocks are usually reliable and perfumed. Pleased with the vase which is substantial. Therefore 3 stars for this product from me.

Lovely flowers, and the vase looks great too. Unfortunately the vase wasn't waterproof, had a slow leak which we didn't notice for several days on our wooden table!
