Senior Girls’ Skinny Leg Jersey School Trousers

My daughter is 10 and growing out of age 9-10 clothes so I bought the 10-11. They were huge. Most problematic was the shape of the trousers, they go our a long way at the hips, but 10 year olds don't really have defined hips and waists. She also thought that the seams were uncomfortable because she is fussy about that kind of thing.

My daughter has sensory issues and likes a stretchy trouser. These were not quite right and I sent them back. They were slightly tight and the seams were unbearably scratchy, not as soft as the cotton jersey trousers we have had in the past.

My daughter has had these trousers since she has started upper school she is very slim & these are the only ones that fit her properly.

Quite fashionable if the school allows. They are not leggings but are slimmer than other trousers. My granddaughter loved them Not washed them yet so unable to comment on wether they wear well

My daughter found these trousers very comfortable when she started at secondary school. I don’t feel there’s any chance of them ripping at the back like some of the other smart school trousers might.

These trousers look lovely on. They are fitted but soft to the touch and my girls think that they are comfortable to wear. Time will tell as new and not worn them for a full day yet. Cannot comment on wash or durability until the school term starts.

My daughter, who’s an average size for a 13 year old, not too tall, not too skinny etc. had these in year 8. By the end of the year, the trousers are still in good condition but are far too short. She loved them so much I’ve taken a chance on ordering the next size, fully expecting that I’ll have to take them in. She had several other pairs from M&S but these were her favourites, so fingers crossed!

I bought this for my daughter who is 10yrs old. As some of the review said that this is too big for her. Too buggy around the thigh. Quality is great so it is really shame!

Too short and too wide around the waist, my daughter is slim but not skinny!

These were sthe strangest and widest shaped 'leggings' ever. They were like those old fashioned jodphurs with the big wide sides. Enormous! The only good aspect was the material was nice quality.

Great quality material, good length. Its just a shame there is not an adjustable waist as my daughter is slim so I have to take them in.

Ordered one pair for my daughter to try and they fitted her fine. Ordered a second pair, same size and they were an inch shorter in the leg - unfortunately I only realised this when hanging them in her wardrobe after I’d removed the tags. Not impressed. Sort out the sizing consistency M&S, I really expected better.

Comfy material that washes well. I bought them out of the shop first time around and was able to find them online to purchase more.
