No, I don't recommend this
i bought this online. It was smaller than I thought so therefore I will not use it in the living room I had intended to put it in. I will now use it in a smaller bedroom. Otherwise its a nice enough design. I got a good discount in the sale but I wouldnt have paid the full price.

Fab but don’t tell anyone!
Bought these and black version - wanted to rate low so nobody else buys them! Excellent finish, quite weighty, and wonderful light given off. if a chrome finish is ever added would get those too.
