Pure Linen Floral Camisole Top

Such a pretty top, smarter than your average vest top but also that little bit more expensive. I am normally a size 8/10 so I hedged my bets and ordered both sizes hoping that one would fit. Unfortunately size 8 was tight under armholes & across bust but the straps were the right length and stayed on my shoulders (although didn’t cover bra straps like I expected them to). The size 10 was a better fit around bust but the straps were then too loose and kept falling off shoulders. Yes I could’ve easily taken a tuck in on the straps but I already thought the top at £25 was a little bit expensive for nothing more than a “fancy vest top” so as a matter of principle I resented the thought of having to alter it over and above cost price. I also ordered the darker coral coloured one in both sizes but had the same problem as the former. All 4 reluctantly went back!

I like the material and the design. It is very cool to wear. I like the length which is very comfortable to wear.

This is such a pretty top and, being linen, is perfect in this heat. Love it!

This came up a bit small but I ordered the larger size too and that was fine. Great length for wearing with skirts

Nice summery top useful for wearing with holiday crops.The straps are positioned well to cover bra straps.

This top is ideal to wear on a nice sunny day, whether at home or overseas. Lovely bright sunny colours without being garish, but with continued washing this may fade so will have to wait and and see! The styling makes a nice change and the neckline suits all shapes.

Well made top in a pretty pink print with an attractive insert above bustline and under arms. Only downside for me were the straps which felt fine when I wore the top however when I moved about a bit the straps fell down. I am quite short so never expect a one-size fits all and the straps were easy to shorten. The top washed and ironed easily and looks great.

Easy to wear pretty summer camisole. Teams well with casual or smarter slacks/shorts. Love the style. I brought this to wear on a holiday as a new edition to a holiday wardrobe.

I absolutely love this pretty top. It fits well and is lovely and cool. A good price and makes me feel it is a quality item. Haven’t washed it yet but don’t know expect any problems.

Thought this was a bit small in size, recommend maybe go up a size! It does ‘give’ a little after a couple of hours wear. Plus points are that it’s lovely and cool to wear though.

I ordered two of these, one in a pale shade and the other in a deeper pink in both the same size. The paler one fits very well apart from the straps do not quite line up with my bra but maybe I can put a little tape inside to hold my bra strap. The deeper pink one is even bigger round the bust area and would not be able to be adjusted so will have to be returned. As I only intend to wear this in the garden if we have a heatwave or if we ever get the chance to go abroad again I am happy with this, being in the sale helped too.

Really nice summery top. Fabric feels like linen but doesn’t crease, and it washes well. Only gripe I would have is that it’s quite snug over the chest, I’m a 14 and feels slightly restrictive over the chest but rest fits fine and I think a bigger size would look too big.

A very pretty top which I have kept, but like other reviewers, I found that the straps fall down. I have found this with strappy tops before, and if you are handy with cotton and thread, what I did is cut off the ribbony straps that are always sewn under the arms for hanging and just get in the way! I then sew a press stud either end of a little piece of this ribbon, and then also sew a little press stud inside and either side of the straps. I then put my bra strap thru this ribbon loop, and hey presto, the straps stay in place!! A bit of a phaff, but I liked the top enough to do this! It’s very pretty, a lovely flowered design and colour, and good quality fabric.

I lost two stone whilst nursing my husband and dropped from a 16 to a 14. The change in size and my new clothes fitting so well and feeling so flattering has been a big boost to my self esteem.
