Very disappointed with this sheet (& pillowcases) - expected a luxurious cotton at 300 thread count. Instead the cotton has a sheen and is very slippery and unpleasant. So much so, that we can't use the sheet or pillowcases. Will give them away or use them in DIY (though my husband thinks the sheet would be too slippery to be safely used)! Would have given 0 stars if possible. Another annoying thing is that the method of submitting a review on this website demands that ad-blockers are disabled!!

Extra Deep Fitted Sheet
No, I don't recommend this
Always buy extra deep fitted sheets but this one is massive. Same issues as my review on the matching duvet cover- creases impossible to remove and very shiny. I would have returned both but I washed them before using. Bought in sale but now kept as ‘spare bedding’.

I bought this fitted super king fitted sheet in the sale, so saved £11. As i had ordered it online, I hadnt realised there was quite a sheen to the fabric. It doesnt fell like a particularly good quality cotton either. It feels very cool getting into bed, so one for the summer months i think.

Nice cool cotton
Nice cotton and good colour but our king size mattress is 28cm deep and the sheet is much too big. A hot wash might shrink it a little but can’t risk it.

I regularly purchase M&S cotton bedlinen and it is good quality, washes and irons well with no shrinkage. The deep size works well for my standard mattress plus topper but it would not be deep enough if you have a very thick mattress.
