I had never used a vest so I was a little hesitant. I ended up loving it as it was a proper full cover medium to high support sports bra. When using it felt more high support thank medium tbh. No wires, 2 layers. Would definitely recommend and buy again, sad is out of stock rn.

I love this piece. It's comfortable and easy to take off but still provides great hold for high impact sports. I have a small chest though, so I can't speak for those who may need more hold.
