Power 7/8 Workout Leggings

5/5 except there is only one side pocket. Stays up great for running

I bought these leggings for the gym. They are great quality, very comfortable and look fabulous on! Most definitely worth every penny. My new favourite leggings!

I have several pairs of Power 7/8 Workout Leggings. I love the print with navy, white and periwinkle dots.

I’m an avid user of these, as a main everyday pants to wear. Over 2023-25, I’m echoing the growing concerns among loyal customers regarding the quality of Sweaty Betty’s Power Workout Leggings. Specifically: • A decline in quality over recent years, particularly with new purchases compared to older pairs. 2022 pairs lasted 3+ years, whereas 2025 pair lasts less than 6 months (cold wash, no tumble dry, dark garments, wearing the actual correct size, not a sample issue but a consistent issue over a number of leggings) • Material Changes: visible downgrade in the fabric quality, feels thinner and less durable. Some holes forming after only a few wears, which was not an issue with older versions of the leggings. • Sizing Issues: not my issue particularly but deserves to be listed • Comfort and Performance: While the Sweaty Betty Power leggings were once praised for their comfort and sweat-wicking properties, some discomfort during workouts, including excessive sweating and visible sweat patches. The message is clear, please bring back the quality or face exodus to Lululemon or other brands that worked out not to downgrade their staple items … No one likes to buy leggings every 6 months. Else, we would shop in Temu.

I use them for the gym and running the fit is amazing

Beautiful style and quality but I had to return as they were too small, M&S you need to stock bigger sizes! They run small compared to standard sizing

Love these, very comfy, went for the 7/8 leggings with me being 5ft 4in and they are perfect full length on me.

Very comfortable and holds my wobbly bits nice and tight. Light and easy for exercise. Look good too.

I was pleasantly surprised how much I love these. I am usually an XS so that is what size I purchased initially. They fit all right but were not very fitted in the seat so I decided to try the XXS next. The XXS were much better.

I’ve got 2 pairs of the power leggings which I purchased last year however this pair feel completely different. Sadly the fabric feels a lot tighter/clingy/less soft. I’ve taken my other two pairs into the shop to to compare and the feel is so different. I feel like the fabric has been changed and it’s definitely not for the better

I usually love the power leggings but these did not feel as good quality as usual. The material felt thinner and they definitely weren't squat proof! Unfortunately had to send back.

Love them! I'm size 10, 5ft and they fit perfectly, not too tight, really comfy - love the pockets too.
