PETITE Pure Linen Wide Leg Trousers

I bought these for a recent holiday. They are very cool and comfortable for evening or day wear and obviously being white, colour goes with any top-t shirt or blouse. I bought the extra short as I'm 5ft 1in and was very happy to see that they are the perfect length-no having to take them up! I especially liked the design with the two pockets on the rear so they didn't look too plain and were very comfortable. A good purchase.

Have been buying the short length cargo trousers in store as they touch my ankles being only 5ft 3" so ecstatic to see petite trousers available online.... can we please have a wider range of petite items in store though? Size 10 - lovely fit, but still a couple of inches too long so will still have to get busy with a needle and thread. Maybe an inside leg measurement could be shown to give us a better idea? Overall, very happy that I have found a pair of white linen trousers that fit so well (even if my legs are too short!)

These were supposed to be petite,short yet they were far too long! Weird as I can normally wear medium length! So annoying.

The trousers fit lovely but are still too long. I had to order size 12 SHORT PETITE as there are never enough short sizes in store. I will probably end up shortening them as I am 5feet tall and they are still quite long.

As the other reviewers have said, these are far too long for petite. I loved the dark pink colour, but I really dont think that it is worth getting a cheap pair of trousers altered.

How can M&S call these trousers petite when they are the same length as their standard fit short length i.e.29inches? I ordered these in pink in my usual size 12 and they were huge and pooled around my feet! This is so disappointing and a waste of time and effort picking them up from my local store. I will have to think twice before ordering again unless M&S can make their sizing consistent .
