Bought this for my husband, and he loves it. He usually needs a large size but we had to exchange it for a size down. Nice dark honey colour. Packs perfectly, packs flat, and bounces into shape very quickly. I have the packable female version which I've worn on holiday and not treated particularly carefully - and it's still as good as new. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my husband to replace his ancient Panama hat. This trilby is reasonably priced and looks smart. It is a darker colour than his old one, but it is more practical and retains its shape. It also fits well. We had to buy on line because all the smaller sizes had gone in the store. It took a while to find it, but I am pleased I bought it.

Too big!
I ordered even after reading other reviews about the size and I agree sizing is off. Small / medium is very loose so beware if wearing when windy! Otherwise good packable hat - bounced back well after being in my hold luggage!

Looks a bit cheap as it's polyester but i wanted one that can be squashed up in a suitcase. M&S have the sizes SO wrong as has been mentioned by other reviewers. The s/m is enormous and I have an average sized head

Practical and stylish Hat.
This hat seemed ideal for what I needed. A stylish hat that can be packed in a suitcase and comes out at the other end with no creases or folds. I haven’t actually taken it in my suitcase yet, but I left it folded for a few days and then took it out of the packaging, and it retained its shape. It definitely seems to be the perfect accessory for use in the sunshine.

With a need to protect my head from the Sun I chose this trilby. It’s a great modern shade of green. It retains its shape very well after being crushed and it looks good. The price was reasonable and you know you’re going to get reasonable quality from M&S.

Buy in shop not online for fit
Foldable, washable, practicable. But only available in generic sizes, S-M, L-XL..... So does not fit well.
