Ultralite 4 Wheel Soft Medium Suitcase

Case was very nice and well made but different shape to what I was expecting - instead of being tall it was wide and short ......absolutely fine but I’m quite tall and did not like it as it seemed very low and felt I might be hitting a lot of people when steering it around !! a nothing wrong with case just personal choice ...but did then have to send it back which was easy but a nusisance.

I bought 2 very similar M&S Medium Longhaul Super Lightweight Rollercases from M&S in Jan 2015 for a trip to China and have used them several times a year since. They remain in good condition despite their lightness and I'm hoping this additional suitcase will prove to be as good quality.Only problem I have had so far was with a new feature, the TSA lock.I couldn't work how to get in the case as the key fobs were already in the locking mechanis. Turns out that the raised square with the keylock in it is a button that slides towards number wheels once the you depress the release button with a pencil on the other side of the wheels.

Bought two cases from m & s over twelve years ago and they are still in use. Wanted a smaller one so bought this new one, very lightweight, seems well made, hopefully it will last as long as our old ones !

This is a repllacement case for a five month old case which was damaged during handling at the airport. On the plus side M&S replaced it immediately and delivered it to my home without any queries whatsoever. It apperared to be faulty workmanship or an inferior material - I just hope that the replacement does not suffer the same!

This will be ideal for my next holiday. It's expandable to accommodate any of those must have holiday purchases!

I could not carry the box it came in so I wheeled it to my car. Incredibly easy to manoeuvre with easy control. I hope it will be the same when it is full of holiday things! Security zip/lock is simple to use. Delighted with my purchase.

Bought to match a more expensive Samsonite and it does . Really pleased. Great size and quality

Bought 2 of these previously and found them very good, so I bought another 2 this year and noticed the interior was smaller than before although they now have secure combination locks.

I bought this case as it was light and seemed to glide on its wheels really well in the store. On trying to glide it through the airport once packed it was totally different and would not go easily forward unless pushed face on which was very inconvenient especially as I have 4 destinations on this trip. Also the elastic straps to hold contents in place are far too short. I am traveling with 16K well under baggage allowance. As this was an expensive item I shall be taking this up with M&S on my return.
