Hydrangea Print Shift Dress

Dress is very big. I take a size 10 but had to get an 8. Fit was ok but neck didn't sit right and bunched up around chest area. Not comfortable. It's a pity because I loved the style and fabric and thought it was very good value. Had to return it.

Loved this dress when I saw it in store so was thrilled when an offer came up and snapped it up at 20% off. I have the same problem as another reviewer (which seems to have disappeared) in that the neckline is too high up for me and slightly digs in, and then bunches. I f I pull it down all the time it does then sit comfortably but it would irritate my neck when the weather was warm. However, it has a lovely distinctive gold zip. So I have turned it round - need to move the Autograph label, but apart from that it looks amazing. No difference in the hem which is what I was worried about and thinking I would have to return it. In view of the neckline issue I cannot give it full marks otherwise I would, and I don't think it's overpriced at all. I expect Autograph clothes to be more stylish and using better quality fabric, and am prepared to pay more.

I loved the fabric and design of this dress, especially with the slightly high neck. Sadly it's an odd length, way too long in my opinion sitting below my knees (I'm 5ft 6) which made it feel frumpy and old fashioned on. A real shame and had to be returned.
