Fall down too much for hiit, good for spin
No, I don't recommend this
Summer fabric (thin, shiny fabric) that even with the draw-string fall down too much for a good circuits class. Look good & are squat proof in terms of not being see-through.

Love love love these leggings, they’re my second pair (different design). Pocket for phone is ideally placed and I love the separate pocket with a little zip at the back for a key as well. They stay up well although during a longer run, if I’ve tightened the waist, they become uncomfy. Definitely recommend.

DanceFit leggings
