Accidents happen, but fret not - here's our handy guide to looking after your sofa's fabric, year after year.
Vacuum frequently with a soft brush attachment, and rotate cushions. Fabric covers are not designed to be removed for washing or dry cleaning. For spots and spillages, clean immediately by soaking up liquid with a clean dry cloth or kitchen towel. Carefully check manufacturers' instructions for suitability before using any cleaning products. Test any products on an inconspicuous area first. For a deeper clean of all parts, use a professional cleaning service.

If you would like to return your furniture, where purchased after 10th October 2024, you can now simply arrange this through your online account. If the furniture was purchased before the above date please call our furniture customer services team on 0333 014 8111.
