True to size. I normally wear UK size 6, but I ordered a 7.5 W, and they fit perfectly. I've already used them for two training sessions and loved them—feeling comfortable and confident while lifting weights. Not too heavy.

Very good for wide feet. If you do a regular 9.5 , the 9.1/3 could be a little short

I have been looking for a wide fit training shoe. This hit all the markers. The only issue I have is that I find the achilles/heel section to be uncomfortable and almost digging into the foot. No flexibility in that area and I don’t know if that softens up with time. I understand the need for good ankle support, but it’s a bit much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe has excellent support for weight training. My only issue was that the back is a bit high for me, and I had to wear taller socks to prevent blisters, but that's common for many types of shoes.
