Denim Drawstring Wide-Leg Trousers

These are great trousers. Usually I’m size 14 at at 5’6” and would have thought the regular would be right. But no, I could practically tuck the waistband into my bra strap, looked like my grandpa hiding a beer belly. Too long in the leg also. Got the 14 short and a perfect fit around the waist but slightly too short so I will have to pretend I deliberately bought cropped jeans. (This did justify a new pair of sandals to go with them) 😉Doh!😩 how are we supposed to know what size when online shopping. C’mon M&S, you’ve had enough feedback, just keep it consistent! Whinge over, I love the trousers, will wear to death.

The denim is thicker than I thought it would be but a good shape. My only negative is that I bought the short expecting them to sit around ankle as I don't wear heels, I'm 5.6, and they are almost to the floor.

Great trousers, lovely and soft the colour is very vibrant - ordered a size 10P - fit perfectly and ideal length too, not too short.

Very good fit and comfortable would recommend so casual wear with anything

Just what I wanted comfy stylish colourful trousers

These have become a staple. I like the shape and the length is just right for me being 5ft7. They sit just above my shoe. Draw string waist is good as I struggle to get jeans to fit thanks to my postpartum body. Slightly tight on my hips but not too bad.

I bought all four colours I did down size to 14 short I'm normally 16.the trousers are more like jeans ever so comfortable made really well good size waist .they wash lovely I would definitely recommend i only wish they did white ones as well.

The beige trousers are very good, with a nice heavyweight texture to the material. I hope they do not lose that feel after washing. Having tried over a few weeks to order the pale blue version, I have finally taken delivery. (I cannot understand how M&S so poorly underestimated how popular the pale blue colour would be coming into Spring). However, the texture is very soft in comparison. I suspect it is because the material has been washed. It also has the obligatory "designer" faux creases across the front. Some may like that!

Bought a pair in store and loved them so much ordered another colour online. Comfortable, surprising weight to them and going to be a good alternative to the linen pants I would usually wear in summer.

I love these trousers. Good quality, thick demin style. Great with flat shoes or trainers. Comfortable. Fit perfect. Amazing price for the quality. I would recommend.

I have not worn these trousers yet - waiting for warmer weather but I know I will enjoy wearing them. They are wider than I am used to but still very flattering in the waist and hip area despite being drawstring (which can sometimes be baggy in that area). I am 5.4 and the regular length just right - I ordered 10 and 12 and kept the 10. I do vary between those two sizes. The denim is a lovely light blue and appears to be a good quality.
