Terms and Conditions
Accidents happen, but fret not – here’s our handy guide to looking after your sofa’s fabric, year after year
Vacuum frequently with a soft brush attachment, and rotate cushions. Fabric covers are not designed to be removed for washing or dry cleaning. For spots and spillages, clean immediately by soaking up liquid with a clean dry cloth or kitchen towel. Carefully check manufacturers’ instructions for suitability before using any cleaning products. Test any products on an inconspicuous area first. For a deeper clean of all parts, use a professional cleaning service.
From the higher angles we swing our hammers on the sofa back to the heftier weights we drop on the seats and the tiny tolerances we allow in our fabric seams and resilience, all our sofas are tested above and beyond the already rigorous British industry standards, so whichever one you pick, you know it will last and last
Our sofa eco-factory has been upgraded to minimise its impact on the environment. Everything from low-energy LED lights to sun tubes, energy-efficient machinery, solar panels and clever computer wizardry has been installed. The result? A saving of 808 tonnes of CO2 per year – equivalent to the usage of 134 UK households
200,000. That's how many times we apply 110kg and 35kg weights (both well in excess of industry standards) to the seats and backs respectively to replicate all the wonderful sitting down you'll be doing on your sofa
Did you know that some of our wood waste gets converted into charcoal? Who knows, you might find some on your next barbecue
