Fabulous dress, horrendous condition!
The dress itself is fabulous, but the condition it arrived in was horrendous! I have never received anything so screwed up and creased. It took at least half an hour of careful ironing to get rid of the creases. I bought two different sizes and the condition of both was the same. This was not what I expected of M&S and feel they have let themselves down badly letting stock go out in this condition.
