Arlo 6 Drawer Chest

bought this chest of drawers and the 2 cabinets to match and they are really nice , they are sturdy , strong and well made . The downside is that when they were build by the delivery team the cabinets are excellent . When the chest of drawers came the delivery team for this did not build it correctly it wobbles from side to side . they must have known it wasnt correct , so still waiting for them to fix the issue . But still love my furniture .

The furniture looks modern and nice quality but in actual fact it is one of the worst pieces of furniture I have owned! (IKEA actually beats it!). We have experienced nothing but issues with our chest of drawers. Weak and unsteady and the fronts of the drawers keep falling off. We thought it just needed tightening up but we've tried that with no success. I have tried contacting M&S on numerous occasions to be just ignored! Not what you expect from M&S or from an M&S item! I wanted to order the wardrobe to match but now I have been put off........

Had 2 4+2 chests for over a year now, and am really happy with them. I love the look of them - they are very stylish and a lovely colour. However I’m a bit concerned that over the last few months, first one drawer in one chest and now a different drawer in the other chest both open randomly of their own accord! Really not sure what to do about this, or if this is a design fault.

I was certainly expecting quality from m and s with their reputation and the high cost of their furniture. We did not get it although the colour was exactly what we wanted, the staining did not cover all of the furniture so if you look closely you can see Areas missing the grey at edges. The instructions were easy to follow and the pieces being marked with numbers and predicted with locks and dowels was great, however many of the locks malfunctioned, the wood was not particularly heavy, and it went together poorly. Almost no drawer fitted exactly. You are paying solid wood prices for sub par furniture. I have a lot of cheaper flat packed furniture and some more expensive furniture which is more matched for price... not only would I prefer our other furniture, we think our cheap stuff was better quality overall. Definitely won’t be buying m and s furniture again.

They are very good quality for the money well built and spacious drawers, the only draw back was I wasn't aware that they were flat packed but the young men who delivered them did put them together for me otherwise I would have had a small problem getting them assembled. Would buy more of this range if and when needed as the appearance is extremely lovely.

Purchased this for my sons bedroom. Looks good but if you try to move it ie cleaning etc it will pull apart. Maybe the joints should have been glued to make it more rigid. I am somewhat disappointed but maybe this is what happens with flat pack furniture.( I did not realise it was flat pack) probably would not by this again.

We ordered the tall 4+2 unit and two of the bedside cabinets. They look beautiful and really make our bedroom look smart. The delivery drivers were great, arrived early and made the units downstairs and carried up so as not to wake my sleeping baby. My only disappointment with these units is the closing mechanism. For the price I would have expected some nice soft close runners. Unfortunately these draws have to be pushed closed to make them close completely, and to make all the closed drawers “match”. It’s a minor thing I know, but it annoys me on a daily basis when I’m used to all my other furniture soft closing!

Loved my new bedroom furniture and great quality. Delivery men deserve a medal as carried up 3 flights of stairs and were very helpful. Worth the wait.

We purchased 5 x bedsides, 2 x 3 draw chest’s and 1 x 4 + 2 chest its absolutely gorgeous so pleased with it and would totally recommend it to anyone thinking of buying this range. A shame they don’t do a desk in this range.
