classicjo Amazed, for once!!!! Amazed......? Why? My review refers to: "Tapered Ankle Grazer Trousers T591037T: Size 14 Regular: Colour : MIDNIGHT NAVY" because picture shown (to me) bears no relevance to item purchased...... I'm amazed and delighted. Why? Because the trousers are cut "masuline" over hips which means NO UGLY EXCESS STICKING OUT FABRIC ON UPPER THIGH AREA. I'm 5ft.0in. and the Regular are the perfect FULL length for me. I was tempted to get the Long length and shorten (in fact, I did, but found them to be too long from waist to crotch seam) so I purchased 3 Regular in the colour and all 3 were different fits, either too tight in waist, too short in leg length but 1 was perfect (sounds like Goldilocks!!!!!!). These are the first pair of trousers I've purchased which have NOT required any alteration from me. So Ladies, these are super in every way, fabric, finish, shape and comfort and I highly recommend them but you must either order multiple trousers in your size, or try on 2-3 in store to find your perfect fit. Well done M & S on style - that is for not having sticking out excess fabric on upper thigh.

Carolt1951 Good with reservations! These are lovely trousers but the wrong length for me. I’m not tall enough for the regular length to be true ankle grazers (which I dislike anyway) so they end up looking like my trousers are a bit short. I purposely bought the long length which fit me beautifully on the leg and the length is perfect for a regular trouser. However! They are way too long in the body with the waistband ending up just below my bra but, quite frankly, everything else works and I’ll put up with that to get a good pair of trousers which look right on me - no one can see what’s under my jumper! Most importantly, they are comfortable.
