Sunny Skies Bouquet

I sent this bouquet to my daughter-in-law for her birthday, she was over the moon with it, very good value for money and i was very pleased with the amount of flowere's there were and the package etc, not the first time i have sent M&S flowers i have usually send them to relatives away so haven't seen them myself, arrived on time and they let you know when they have been delivered

Sent this to an aunt for her 90th birthday. It was delivered at the right time and we had a letter thanking us and saying it was beautiful - so can only assume that it was, although we are 450 miles away so didn't see it!

Although the product was good the experience of ordering was a nightmare and I feel if you are reviewing your services/products there should be a chance to comment on all aspects of ordering online.

the delivery and purchase experience were great, however the delivered bunch of flowers although looked good on reciept were not as fresh as expected as one of the types of flowers died within 24hrs of the delivery. The roses were fine but the blue coloured flowers just did not last and hence felt as though only 50% of the product was of the quality normally associated with M&S. This is the first time this has happened after a number of good quality deliveries.

We sent this bouquet for a friend's 70th birthday. She was extremely pleased with the lovely yellow roses and blue agapanthas and remarked on her thank you note "Of all the flowers I had sent they are the only ones that have not flagged in the warm weather and are as fresh now as they were the day they were sent". I would definitely recommend M&S flowers. Thank you M&S!

The Bouquet was of the quality I have come to expect. However, the delivery process was flawed which spoilt the occasion and I am assured it is being investigated

This product arrived at our new home well packaged and bursting with fresh lovely yellow roses. However after only a couple of days the flowers began to droop and finally died. They were guaranteed to last at least 7 days, very disappointed.

Sent this to my Nephew and his wife on the birth of their baby boy. They were thrilled

I purchased a "Sunny Skies" bouquet for my wife's birthday and was very disappointed. The actual bouquet bore little resemblance to the website picture in that there was only 4 small bunches of agapanthus. Despite the flowers arriving in a well packaged container, there were two roses with broken stems about two inches under the blooms. In addition to this the agapanthus have completely failed to open and the buds are simply dropping off. This is within three days of purchase. I simply couldn't recommend this as a way of sending flowers with any confidence.

These flowers look absolutely stunning on the reception area of my friend's dance school. The picture on the web site is good, but the actual product is stunning.

Sent as a thank you gift to a friend and she was thrilled with them. They're beautiful and excellent quality flowers. Will be using m&s flowers to make my wedding button holes and posies in July!

The recipient of these flowers had been in hospital and they certainly brightened her day

Bought this bouquet for my parents as a wedding anniversary gift. They seemed very happy with the quality of the flowers and packaging. The only problem was for some reason I couldn't send a message and so they didn't know who they were from until I rang them. In future it would be nice to have the messaging feature available.

Flowers did not even last for 1 week even though stems were cut and they were out of direct sunlight, very disappointed.
