Manufacturing fault with sharp surface inside heel
No, I don't recommend this
I purchased these boots in the sale and was happy with fit. After wearing them for the first time, something sharp was digging into my heel from the inside of the boot. There are a series of very sharp tacks sticking through the inner sole and have even pierced the skin of my heel. Needless to say a manufacturing fault and I will be returning them.

I haven’t worn these boots yet but after having tried them on, they feel comfortable and true to size.Taking a size 3, I have to purchase my footwear really early as M&S don’t carry many small sizes. I am sure that there are plenty of other people with really small feet.

Gorgeous boots, I ordered my normal size (6) and although a tad big I couldn't have gone any smaller as I have a high instep so they wouldn't have been comfortable. Having worn them a couple of times with jeans and a skirt they are very versatile and also received compliments on how nice they are. I do think they're expensive but the quality is very good. Happy with my purchase.

The boots are number one for me! very solid, comfy, and beautiful. I've had no trouble fitting them with my wide feet and arthritic toes. When I wear them, I feel as if I'm not wearing shoes. Great quality. very modern style. Highly recommended

Fab boots
I ordered 2 sizes at I had read reviews saying these come up large. The smaller size 5 is perfect (I'm a 5.5) Immediately comfy, like a lovely pair of favourite slippers. Great with jeans and skirts/dresses. A worthwhile investment

I bought these boots a month ago and am so glad I did. They are lovely. I read the review above and bought a size 5 which are a perfect fit for me, boots are generally too small. I’d love to buy a second pair to keep for best. They are easy to clean though and the water resistant surface keeps them dry. The best pair of boots I’ve ever owned. Well worth the money as I wear them all the time. Great with jeans or skirts. Love them
