Lovely mugs, pretty pttern and lovely shape Unfortunately they were chipped when they arrived so they went back Tried to replace them in store but they werent in stock Had similar mugs but several of them were chipped too so decided they werent such a good buy and went elsewhere

Love these mugs, quality is excellent, dishwasher durable. So fresh looking. have yellow kitchen walls so mugs compliment walls, very classy mugs, nice china. Only comment, I wanted another set but no more available! Ordered to arrive next day and they did with consistent communication. Given the pandemic we are currently in think this is quite an ask. Service and product quality as usual from Marks and Spencer is excellent

Capacity misrepresentation
No, I don't recommend this
The website said these mugs had a capacity of 375ml, which was the reason I choose them but they are barely 300ml. I had the same problem with other individual mugs, too. They are nice mugs and I’d thrown out my old mugs so I’ve kept them but was very disappointed at the misrepresentation as it was the size that made me pick these.
