Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

THE GERBERAS WERE DISAPPOINTING AND FLOPPED STRAIGHT AWAY DESPITE BEING IN A VASE WITH THE FLOWER FOOD PROVIDED. THIS MEANT THERE WAS VERY LITTLE COLOUR LEFT IN THE BOUQUET.

I sent these flowers to my Mum for her birthday. I didn't see them and she didn't send a photo. She said : Small, but beautiful. Roses opened nicely but maybe could have done with a few more. Nice foliage.

On time delivery for a special birthday, tracking gave good info. Saw the flowers the day after delivery, still quite closed up/sparse-looking, but had noted on website that they would be sent in bud to prolong life. Hopefully the bouquet blossomed out on subsequent days.

Compared to the picture on the website the flowers were dull and there appeared to be as many leafy twigs as flowers . I was shocked at the cost of the bouquet ,they didn't last a week , very disappointing.

Very disappointed with my flowers £50!! I returned them to Pudsey store and bought a £20 bouquet which were far superior. I was told M&S out source to a florist and they are not M&S flowers you buy in store
