Very good value.
Good rug for the money. Had the rug three weeks now. Love the soft texture. In my view better than a longer shaggy rug as doesn’t look flattened when walked on. A few ‘rolled up’ areas which I ironed out on the reverse of the rug using a cloth of course. Google it - it works!

Poor Quality
The rug is very thin and feels poor quality. As we ordered online we trusted that it would be a quality product buying from M&S however we were disappointed. I would not buy anything online again from M&S before viewing the item.

Nice quality rug at a reasonable price. £15 cheaper online compared to in-store. Quite slippy on wooden floor compared to previous rug. Not as deep shag pile as previous one, but soft enough to lie on. Try in-store then buy online!

Feel so disappointed with this rug. Nothing like the picture. Feels cheap and thin. Slips easy on laminate, very light weight. The bottom is nothing like the actual picture. Do not buy!
