Creases a lot

This review is purely based on the fact that the duvet cover is suppose to be non-iron, but it creases a lot. I even struggled to iron the creases out. I am returning it, to buy a non-iron cover.

I wish I had read the reviews first! I bought this set, along with additional pillow cases and in my experience it is anything but non-iron. The creases straight out of the dryer were ridiculous. I spent just over 30 minutes ironing the set and pillow cases, they still didn’t look good and after one sleep, it was as if it hadn’t been touched by an iron at all. I will be returning. Sorry M&S, in all my years as a customer I have never left a bad review but this was needed. Definitely need to change the description of this product/range.

Odd duvet cover

This duvet cover is just a little odd. I washed it and tumble dried it but it feels crispy and a bit noisy!! It feels like it has some kind of finish on it. Oddly it only has 3 seams - top, 1 side and the bottom with the buttons. Is that normal? Was tricky to get on duvet as I couldn't find the corners easily!
