Ultralite 4 Wheel Soft Large Suitcase

Already had the medium one which I had used, very happy with that one. These were on special offer so much cheaper than the previous one I already had. Ordered another medium one but couldn’t collect it as had to quarantine, so decided to order the large one and had it delivered, left on doorstep for safety for the driver. Have other cases from M&S which I still use over ten years old. Would recommend these cases hopefully they will last as long !

I have just purchased and they seem great and come with a warranty, so when I get the chance to use them later this year and they do fail or damage I can return which is great comfort. Overall first appearance they seem perfect.

I bought two of these in the half price sale so they were a fabulous bargain. They are a good size and having 4 wheels makes them easy to move around. haven't used them yet but we've has M&S suitcases before and they have been excellent

I have just bought the medium sized suitcase which I have discovered is much heavier than quoted so do check if weight is a key factor in choosing your case. Otherwise it is a lovely case, thought quite expensive. Will use it soon and see how well it survives.

Bought this for an upcoming month-long holiday in New Zealand. Lightweight, with good quality wheels, Not sure about the 4 wheel design with wheels not recessed, but my preferred 2 wheel design seems to have gone out of fashion. Hard to tell how robust the protruding wheels will be until we have travelled with the case. The built in TSA lock is a great idea, easier than using padlocks. Also like that the case is expandable to allow for souvenirs on the return journey. Was surprised to find inside the case a pair of (unworn) ladies' knickers!

Took this on holiday and when it arrived at the destination it had a large rip in the front. Very poor quality, not fit for purpose.

.....but the cases are very lightweight and have four wheels which is why we bought the . The proof will be after a trip to USA in three weeks time. Given five stars on the reason for purchasing, hope it is still five stars after trip.

Case is excellent only negative no instructions for lock.

Not happy with the qualiry for the money we paid. One wheel broke on the first flight we took, not robust at all.

Bought this for recent USA road trip. Transported by Airline, in and out of different hotel every day, easy to move around, stood up brilliantly - going to buy a second one to replace aged suitcase. Would recommend
