I tried this after months of broken sleep thinking it is worth trying without buying a larger bottle unfortunately I didn’t think my dog would get more benefit out of it than I did first night she rolled over the pillow I sprayed it on the second night she threw it about the bedroom so maybe if you don’t have a dog and are struggling to sleep it’s a worth a try before buying a bigger bottle.

Lovely little luxury
Great for travel size and it’s a plastic bottle. I’m taking to Glastonbury which doesn’t allow glass, like many festivals nowadays. Great to have a little luxury of spraying my pillow before bedtime after a long day. I’m in my 30s, these things are necessary!

I didn't like it so glad bought the small sample size. I actually had to go and change my pillow in the night as smell made me feel quite sick and, I like lavender! Didnt work for me i'm afraid.

I bought this as a ‘makeweight’ so that I could purchase the beauty bag. I love the product anyway and thought this size would be handy to use during an overnight stay away from home. If you don’t know this product it’s important to try before you buy as you may not like the fragrance but I love it!

Recommended by a friend and wanted to try it. Marks and spencer were the only outlet I could find that did a tester size so it was a good opportunity to try. It reminds me of the smell of the oils when to go to a spa or have a massage. It’s really soothing and only needs 2-3 light sprays on the pillow.

I bought this a fortnight ago having read the mixed reviews regarding the spray. Thought it might be a good idea as my sleep pattern is not good. However, am disappointed as there is no way it sends me to sleep any better than before, but it does smell nice - which is a bonus. Glad I only bought the small sample size and NOT the big one which would have been a waste of money.
