DISAPPOINTED
DISAPPOINTED I bought the bouquet for my friend. She thanked me for the gift but when I saw the bouquet myself I was taken aback as it did not look like the photo above it had less blooms , greenery just looked lack lustre. My friend did not complain but I thought I would just feedback my disappointment.

Flowers were a big disappointment. After 1 day they were looking sad. Would not purchase again. Did phone CS but they only deal with queries upto 5 days. I contacted them on 6th day. Could not help me.

The flowers where brown the following day, got in touch with customer care, who sorted more flowers immediately, not the 2 bouquets I bought, but similar, first time I've been disappointed as always buy the white roses as a gift.
